These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TonsHentai(the "Site"). By visiting, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must leave the Site immediately.

1. Eligibility and adult content

The Site exclusively distributes adult animated content intended for mature audiences. By using the Site you represent and warrant that:

4. Acceptable use

• Upload, link to, or request any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the United States, including but not limited to content depicting minors, non-consensual material, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Use the Site for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, its layout, design, code, branding, and original written copy are the intellectual property of TonsHentai or its licensors. Animated works displayed on the Site remain the property of their respective rights holders. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to copy, modify, or redistribute Site content beyond ordinary in-browser playback for personal, non-commercial viewing.

6. DMCA / copyright takedowns

We respond to valid takedown notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe a specific URL on the Site infringes your copyright, file a notice via the DMCA page. Misrepresentations in a takedown notice may subject the sender to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

7. Advertising and third parties

The Site is supported by advertising. Ads are served by third-party networks and may link to external sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party advertiser or destination site.

8. Privacy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, and 15 survive termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
