This Privacy Policy explains what information TonsHentai("we", "us") collects when you visit the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site you consent to the practices described below.

• View counters. Anonymous per-video play counts, gated by a per-video session-storage key so a single visit only counts once.
• Aggregate analytics. Page views, country-level traffic, and referrer roll-ups, where analytics is enabled.
• Cookies. The Site itself sets only the cookies necessary to operate. Ad partners may set their own cookies on pages where ads are served.

2. What we do not collect

• We do not offer accounts. We do not collect your name, email, password, phone number, or payment details.
• We do not record what specific videos a specific person watched. View counts are aggregate.
• We do not sell or rent personal data to brokers or marketing lists.

3. How we use what we collect

• Operate, secure, and debug the Site.
• Detect and block abuse, scraping, fraud, and DDoS attempts.
• Measure aggregate popularity of catalog items so we can improve curation.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. Cookies and tracking

First-party cookies are limited to operational use (e.g. session storage to debounce view counts). Third-party advertising partners may set cookies, beacons, or device identifiers when their ads load on the Site. Their tracking is governed by their privacy policies, not ours. You can disable cookies in your browser, use private browsing, or use a tracker-blocking extension; the Site will continue to function.

5. Service providers

The following providers process data on our behalf or alongside us. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare for CDN, edge caching, and DDoS mitigation.
• Cloudflare R2 / object storage for video and thumbnail delivery.
• Hosting / cloud providers for application servers and databases.
• Advertising networks on pages where ads are running.

6. International transfers

The Site is operated globally. Logs and aggregate data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country, including the United States and the European Union. By using the Site you consent to such transfers.

7. Retention

Server logs are retained for at most 90 days for security and uptime investigation, then rotated. Aggregate analytics may be retained indefinitely in a form that does not identify you. View counters per video are stored as totals.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or similar laws. Because we hold no account data tied to you, there is generally nothing to delete or export. If you believe specific log records identify you and should be deleted, email privacy@tonshentai.com with the IP address(es) and approximate dates concerned and we will action verified requests.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect any data from minors. If you believe a minor has accessed the Site or that we have inadvertently collected data about a minor, contact privacy@tonshentai.com immediately and we will purge any associated records.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including TLS in transit and access control on operational systems. No internet-facing system can be guaranteed perfectly secure; you use the Site at your own risk.

11. Do Not Track

We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no consensus on how to interpret them and we operate no cross-site tracking ourselves. Third-party advertisers may behave differently.
